Women’s Yoga and Ayurveda Retreat by Rutviq & Vathsala

The programme is curated to offer a sacred space for mothers, daughters and sisters to reconnect, relax, and celebrate their unique bond amidst nature’s healing embrace.

It’s time to simply be together, exploring ancient methods of wellbeing, gathering around cozy fires, and sharing magical moments beneath star-filled skies, creating memories that will be cherished forever and remind you of the simple joy of being together.

This retreat is for women of all ages, and if your child is still a little munchkin, it is appropriate for children aged 12 upwards. This is the very first time we’ll be opening our retreat to guests below 18 years old, and we’re incredibly excited.

With a carefully curated balance of yoga, art and ayurveda, you’ll have the freedom to express, bond deeper in your own time, exploring the lands, or simply lounging on your day beds and spending time together healing & nurturing.

Each room’s interior reflects our passion for other cultures. Natural materials and tactile draping create den-like cozy spaces, each with its own distinct name and character.
